Rama Phala staff were amazing, helpful, and kind. They helped me with everything that I needed, from booking taxis to laundry services, always with a smile. The place is gorgeous and quiet although it is right in the center close to restaurants, Yoga, and the Monkey forest. The room was big, the outdoor shower was super fun (and there's also an inside bath as a bonus), and I had a private balcony. The pool is pretty and fun to swim at and has a bar stools inside the pool which I found very cool for drinking a shake or a cocktail. Overall I recommend this place to anyone staying in Ubud and looking to relax in a beautiful friendly place.

Hotel facilities were decent but looks a bit dated. Rooms are large and well lit. Beds were very comfortable. TV facility was very good. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Hotel is located at a very convenient location with all required facilities such as restaurants, money exchange, laundry, super markets within walkable distance. Hotel's swimming pool looked excellent. Overall this is a very decent stay.

The property is located in a main road in the center of Ubud. Money forest is walkable and Ubud center is about 2 kilometers. Rooms are spacious enough and furnished well. It's not a large property though. Staff are extremely friendly and kind. We had dinner at the restaurant where limited options were available for us, being vegetarians. Food was good and reasonably priced.

We have been to Ubud many times and the accommodation is always a hit and miss but we love Rama Phala Resorts! We love the location, where it is so convenient to everything and yet so quiet. The rooms were lovely, clean and a nice rain shower in the bathroom (think these are for rooms not on the ground level). Decor is a little dated but kind of expected it for a Balinese resort which has been around for a few years. What was important to us were its centrally located, clean, no bugs and very quiet. Our favourite place to stay in Ubud!

absolutely everything! The moment we walked in they welcomed us with their special ‘welcome tea’ which was amazing especially after a long flight. The staff…AMAZING. Always smiling. Always helpful, if you call them they come asap. Everyone is happy to be there and is in a good mood making you feel welcomed and relaxed. The facilities were magical. No I’m not exaggerating. As soon as you pass the lobby you’ll know what I mean. beautiful greenery with a jungle vibe that captures the whole reason you come to Bali as a whole. Their pool is amazing, always clean, towels readily available, picturesque, restaurant a few steps away where you can get drinks, food for super good price. and the food is 5 star compared to restaurants in the nearby area. If you come here and don’t like one thing about it you can personally call me I’ll refund you! THANK YOU RAMA PHALA!

Very clean lots of staff around making sure everything is upto date. At night there's always staff around that really helps for safety. Beutiful location everything is walking distance. Loved the breakfast staff were very helpful and quick to serve. Loved the manager who made sure she's around if needed and puts customers happiness first.

The property is in great location and have excellent staff. Specially Eka and Putu they helped me a lot in booking all my day trips and since I travelled with my family they made it super easier for me to plan the entire stay.

Facilities were great. They had two rooms, one on the ground floor and another room on the first floor (stairs inside). So our kids enjoyed as they had separate room. Location is 10 mins walk to Monkey forest. Also they provide free shuttle to ubud central ( which is little far by walk). Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They accomodated most of the request without any hesitation. They are always smiling and cheerful.
